- Payment details: card payments are handled by our payment processor; we do not store your full card number or security code.
- Basic technical data: your browser type and pages visited, used to keep the site working.
How we use it
- To contact you about your request, loads and your account, by phone, text or email.
- To set you up with brokers, factoring companies, insurance agents and the motor carrier you run under.
- To invoice, collect payment and pay you.
- To meet legal, tax and safety requirements.
Who we share it with
We share only what is needed with brokers and shippers you haul for, factoring companies, insurance agents, the motor carrier you lease to, our payment processor and service providers that store our files. We never sell your personal information.
Text messages
If you agree to receive texts, we may text you about loads and your account. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. We do not share your mobile number or text consent with third parties for their marketing.
How we protect it
Files are stored in private, access-controlled storage. Only our team can see them. No method of storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
How long we keep it
We keep your records while we work together and afterwards as long as needed for legal, tax and insurance reasons, usually up to 7 years.
